Delivery Service

MERITLIFE offers free shipping to all 48 states in the United States. If there are any questions about the shipping address please email support@meritslife.com or call +86 13646856674 to MERITLIFE Customer Service.

MERITLIFE does not currently offer delivery to Hawaii, Alaska military areas, POBOX, etc.

Orders are usually processed and confirmed for shipment within 24-48 hours of receipt by MERITLIFE staff.

We ship most orders via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in California. Delivery may take 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that oversized items are shipped via freight service

After placing your order, please double check your shipping address to ensure that the information is entered correctly. This is to avoid shipping delays due to address problems.


MERITLIFE is not responsible for any orders lost due to incorrect shipping or contact information provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify MERITLIFE immediately by sending an email to meritlife101@gmail.com.

Delays in shipping due to stock shortages or other unforeseen events are rare, but we will notify you promptly if we anticipate any such delays.

Order Cancellation

Please notify us by emailing your cancellation request to support@meritslife.com.

If you cancel your order for shipped items, you will be charged a restocking fee and an additional handling fee if applicable.

Your returned items must be returned in their original packaging in order for your refund to be processed. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
