When you shop with Meritlife, you can purchase items that are sold directly by Meritlife. In either case, our goal is to provide you with a great customer experience every time you shop with us. This returns policy covers all items purchased through Meritslife.com. It is designed to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace and that you can easily return an item if you are not completely satisfied with it. You should read these terms carefully before making any purchase.
1. It is recommended that you inspect your parcel of products as soon as they are delivered to confirm that they are in good condition. 2. We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before accepting it from the carrier. If the packaging or item arrives damaged, you should take photographs of the damage and send them promptly to Meritlife, and you may notify the carrier and refuse delivery.
1. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on Meritlife, you may initiate a return for a refund within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way cannot be returned. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to the next section; different terms may apply.
2. If you need to return an item, please contact Meritlife Customer Service or let us know by email and we will confirm and initiate the return process for you as soon as possible. You will of course need to provide us with the appropriate order number, delivery address and telephone number for confirmation. Then follow the instructions we have provided. You will of course be responsible for the return shipping costs (even if you use the return shipping label provided by Meritlife), unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please note that the option to initiate a return will appear on the date of delivery and will be valid for 90 days.
3. Once you have received confirmation that the return process has been initiated, the following procedure will be followed and you will need to provide proof of purchase and at least three photographs of the product in its full packaging (e.g. front, side, inside) for us to verify the authenticity of the returned goods.
* Meritlife will not be held responsible if you return an item without authorisation from Meritlife Customer Service or without confirmation from Meritlife Customer Service.
* Returned goods should be sent strictly in the original packaging or box in which the product was sealed.
* Refunds will also not be given for items damaged in return shipping and for returns that appear to have been lost in transit or never received.
The following items may not be returned.
- For items shipped by a parcel carrier (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS). i. Damaged and defective items: more than 90 days after delivery - For items shipped by a freight carrier (including white glove service) ii. Damaged items: within 5 days of delivery. It is essential that problems are reported within this period so that claims can be made against the carrier.
- If the buyer requires an exchange/refund for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

*Product does not meet the customer's requirements *Does not like the colour/quality *Customer changed his mind *Customer ordered the wrong *Product was not purchased from us *Not for product quality reasons *etc.
1. If you choose to obtain a refund for an eligible item, you will receive a refund of the price of the product. For undamaged or fective items, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (whether the item was shipped via parcel or freight); if you use the return shipping label provided by Meritlife, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you.
2. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment within 3 bussiness days after eligible items are received and processed by Meritlife warehouse staff.
1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email, phone, or live chat. We will process your message as soon as we receive it.
2. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, we will try to process your request and notify the shipping company to intercept it for you, but cannot guarantee 100% success. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will be successfully cancelled after 24 hours, but we will do our best to help.
